This hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms are incredibly cozy and the shower is fabulous. I loved waking up to balloons outside my window. The service, despite some rudeness, offered room service and even special pet amenities. The location is perfect for a peaceful stay but also close to the ferry port and city center. Dining included delightful home-made sweets. Overall, a charming stay with a few bumps.
